Diet Menu

I'm going to share you, diet menu for a day. Hope it helps^^

Breakfast :
  • A bowl of red rice
  • A bowl of vegetables
  • 100gr of meat/chicken/fish
 Brunch :
  • An apple / A banana
Lunch :
  • A bowl of red rice
  • A bowl of vegetables
  • 100gr of meat/chicken/fish
 Tea time :
  • A cup of sugarless tea
  • Wheat biscuits
Dinner :
  • A bowl of vegetables
  • 100gr of meat/chicken/fish
