I'm going to share you, diet menu for a day. Hope it helps^^

Breakfast :

• A bowl of red rice
• A bowl of vegetables
• 100gr of meat/chicken/fish

 Brunch :

• An apple / A banana

Lunch :

• A bowl of red rice
• A bowl of vegetables
• 100gr of meat/chicken/fish

 Tea time :

• A cup of sugarless tea
• Wheat biscuits

Dinner :

• A bowl of vegetables
• 100gr of meat/chicken/fish

Healthy Juice

Here are 5 Healthy Juices for your body, especially to reduce your cholesterol. Its easy to make, you can make it by yourself. Just try it out! :^)

1.       Carple Juice (Carrot + Apple Juice)

Ingredients :

·         2 half-boiled carrots

·         2 apples

·         a glass of orange water

·         honey

·         ice

2.       Topaymon Juice (Tomato + Papaya + Lemon Juice)

Ingredients :

·         2 tomatoes

·         100gr papaya

·         a half glass of lemon water

·         honey

3.       Merape Juice (Melon + Green Grape Juice)

Ingredients :

·         200gr melon

·         150gr green grape

·         Honey

·         a half glass of water

·         ice

4.       Cumple Juice (Cucumber + Pineapple Juice)

Ingredients :

·         1 cucumber

·         2 big-pineapple-slices

·         Honey

·         a glass of water

·         ice

5.       Mavalon Juice (Mango + Guava + Watermelon Juice)

Ingredients :

·         100gr sweet mango

·         100gr watermelon

·         1 guava

·         honey

Many men are wonder what women want. Actually, every woman have their own criteria of man. But let me share you a clue of mine. What Women Want Of Men :

1.       Faith. (Religious)

2.       Intellegence and Knowledge. (Smart, Clever, Bright, etc)

3.       Character and Charisma. (Gentle, Attentive, Understanding, Loving, Mature, etc)

4.       Body. (Wel l-built body. At least, tall with broad shoulder.)

5.       Face. (Handsome face is really nice, but not the most important one. At least not ugly, is fine)

6.       Humour.
